I serve women navigating trauma, life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, & chronic illness live with purpose, confidence, and experience lasting peace.

i believe

Women can achieve their goals and dreams, live in emotional freedom, cultivate self acceptance, & build inner strength.

  • Exploring change and embracing new beginnings takes courage.

  • Your culture matters and will be incorporated throughout our sessions.

  • It’s important to be spiritually attuned to each client’s personal beliefs.

  • Understanding and grace are imperative for women to flourish.

  • Women are resilient…they just may not know how strong they already are.

  • We all have barriers that hold us back from the life we’re meant to live.

  • Strength, purpose, and faith will grow in a safe and nonjudgmental environment.

Change starts today.

  • I work with women of all ages.

  • I work with women working through trauma, grief, betrayal, financial hardship, changing family dynamics, parenting challenges (including children with intellectual disabilities or aging parens), and major life transitions.

What it’s like to work with pat

My approach is culturally sensitive, life-stage aware, and spiritually attuned.

When clients come to see me, they can expect a healthy balance of open, curious, and non judgmental listening while identifying destructive patterns, gaining new skills, and growing in wisdom and insight.

My lived experience coupled with personal growth and professional training make me uniquely effective.

  • I have 40 years of experience working with women in volunteer and professional ministry.

  • I have worked with women from all over the world, growing in cultural awareness and humility.

  • I have walked alongside siblings with intellectual disabilities and stage 4 cancer.

  • I have raised three children and have the joy of spending time with my grandkids.

When I am not serving clients, you’ll find me traveling and spending time with my family.
