Identify your challenges.

Leverage your strengths

Get your confidence back.

Are your best intentions constantly interrupted by a brain that won’t sit still?

The world feels too fast, too loud, too scattered, and too overwhelming. It feels like something’s wrong with you because the day-to-day tasks that seem simple to others-like starting a project, keeping track of time, or staying organized-can feel overwhelming or even impossible. It feels like there’s a tug-of-war in your mind…you desperately want to meet expectations but struggle to focus, follow through, or even remember what needs to be done. The racing thoughts, emotional intensity, and frequent distractions make it hard to be present at work, at school, or even at home. There may be days you forget to eat and drink because you’re so hyper focused on a project. This leads to shame, self criticism, or feeling like you’re a caterpillar in a world full of butterflies.

It’s not laziness. It’s not a lack of intelligence. ADHD is a brain wired for creativity and energy that sometimes needs different tools and support to thrive. ADHD Coaching isn’t about making you become like everyone else. It’s about identifying how you’re wired, leveraging your strengths, and preventing your struggles from becoming your fatal flaws.

You don’t have to struggle alone with adhd

ADHD Coaching can teach emotional regulation, practical executive functioning skills, and grow self confidence.

The goal of ADHD Coaching is to reduce the chaos and confusion that often surrounds daily life, so that your diagnosis no longer defines you. You will grow in your awareness of how ADHD uniquely affects your thoughts, attention, energy, and emotions. Together, we’ll uncover the patterns that have kept you stuck—like procrastination, impulsivity, hyper focus, or distraction—and develop personalized strategies that help you follow through, stay organized, and feel more in control.

You will begin to move your body in ways that support focus and energy regulation, using exercise as a tool to manage overstimulation and mental fatigue. You’ll explore how certain foods, caffeine, and screen habits impact your attention and mood. A focus on sleep hygiene will help you fall asleep more easily, stay asleep longer, and wake up feeling more grounded. As your nervous system becomes more regulated, the irritability and restlessness will begin to ease.

The social struggles—interrupting, zoning out in conversations, or feeling like you're "too much"—will slowly give way to connection. You’ll feel more present with the people you love and less weighed down by shame or rejection sensitivity.

Self-compassion will begin to replace years of internal criticism as you start to relate to your brain with kindness, not judgment. You’ll learn to live in alignment with your values and, if you desire, deepen your faith by leaning into God’s strength and grace. Through prayer, scripture, and presence, you’ll begin to experience clarity, focus, and peace—even in the middle of distraction.

imagine if you…

Ditched the procrastination and got work done on time

Created systems that help you stay organized, remember events, and understand how long it takes to do a task

Felt confident going to school, work, or spending time with friends

Discovered your gifts and leverage your strengths based on your goals

you aren’t broken.

The world needs your strengths, your way of thinking, and your way of being.

A holistic approach to ADHD coaching for girls and women integrates mental, physical, social, and—if requested—spiritual practices to help you step into focus, confidence, and freedom. ADHD coaching isn’t about forcing you to sit still and talk if that’s not your thing. We can draw, use fidget tools, walk outside, or even stretch while we talk—because your brain thrives on movement, and we’ll honor that.

You’ll learn specific grounding techniques and mindfulness practices to help slow your racing thoughts and bring calm to your nervous system. Movement will be an intentional part of our work—not just to reduce stress, but to help regulate energy levels and support executive functioning. If sleep is a struggle (and it often is with ADHD), we’ll troubleshoot together and create realistic bedtime routines that work for your unique rhythm.

You’ll begin connecting the dots between your thoughts, feelings, body, and behaviors using practical tools from Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). You’ll learn to notice when negative self-talk or overwhelm creeps in, and you’ll build new, compassionate ways of thinking that reflect who you truly are—not the lies ADHD might whisper about laziness or failure.

We’ll also talk about relationships—because ADHD can sometimes lead to impulsivity, missed social cues, or rejection sensitivity. Together, we’ll explore what makes relationships healthy, how to set boundaries that protect your peace, and how to navigate conflict without drama. You’ll grow in communication skills and begin to trust your instincts more.

Perhaps most importantly, we’ll build systems and routines tailored to your brain—not someone else’s idea of what “should” work. These routines will help you manage school, extracurriculars, and downtime without constantly feeling behind or overwhelmed. You’ll leave each session with new strategies to try during the week, slowly building habits that bring more peace, purpose, and self-trust to your everyday life.
