Fees & Insurance

All Therapists are in-network with employer-sponsored BCBS plans, Cigna, & Aetna (including the State Health Plan)

Kristin, Beth, & Suzanne are in-network with Medicare.

We are NOT in-network with BCBS marketplace plans (Home, Value, & Local).

We recommend you check with your plan to verify your mental health benefits. If they ask for a CPT code, we use 90791 for the initial assessment and 90837 for subsequent sessions.

Private pay rates:

Beth: $165 for initial sessions and $140 for subsequent sessions

Suzanne, Morgan, Ashley, Pat & Shannon: $155 for initial sessions and $130 for subsequent sessions

Kristin: $205 for initial sessions and $180 for subsequent sessions

We are happy to offer a superbill if you would like to submit fees to your insurance for out-of-network benefits.
