All Therapists are in-network with employer-sponsored BCBS plans, Cigna, & Aetna (including the State Health Plan).
Kristin, Beth, & Suzanne are in-network with Medicare.
We are NOT in-network with BCBS marketplace plans (Home, Value, & Local).
Private Pay Rates
Beth: $165 for initial sessions and $140 for subsequent sessions
Suzanne, Morgan, Ashley, Pat & Shannon: $155 for initial sessions and $130 for subsequent sessions
Kristin: $205 for initial sessions and $180 for subsequent sessions
We are happy to offer a superbill if you would like to submit fees to your insurance for out-of-network benefits.

HOW DO I USE MY INSURANCE FOR COUNSELING? If we are in-network with your insurance plan, we will submit your claims! After your session, we will charge your card for your copay or deductible. You don’t have to do a thing!
HOW MUCH WILL SESSIONS COST IF I GO THROUGH INSURANCE?Your copay will depend on your particular plan. Some plans do not have a copay, and others are $20 or more.
To find out the cost with your specific plan, call the member number on the back of your card and ask the cost of outpatient mental health counseling.
If they ask for a code, it is 90791 for the first session and 90837 for subsequent sessions.
DO YOU OFFER FREE OR "SLIDING SCALE" SESSIONS?We do not offer free or sliding scale sessions. We do our best to offer greater accessibility to counseling by accepting insurance.
you aren't in-network with my insurance...now what?Check with your plan to see if it offers out-of-network reimbursement. If they do, we can provide you with a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
