What it’s like to work with ashley

In our sessions together, we’ll navigate your challenges together in a way that honors your values and moves toward meaningful change.

I believe healing and wholeness comes when clients feel understood, safe, and empowered. I meet clients with warmth and empathy, all while providing supportive guidance and insight that allows them to move toward a more hopeful future.

My lived experience coupled with personal growth and professional training make me uniquely effective.

  • I’ve known I was called to be a Therapist since I was 10!

  • Although I was born and raised in North Carolina, I grew up speaking both English and Spanish.

  • I treasure the Hispanic traditions and values my parents passed down, such as the importance of family, resilience, and showing up for others.

  • I worked full-time while earning both degrees, balancing responsibilities and pushing through self doubt and exhaustion just to keep moving forward.

  • I’ve made decisions that pulled me out of my comfort zone, choosing the harder path to grow personally and professionally.

  • I’ve faced setbacks and challenges that made me question my worth and abilities, while still showing up, even when I didn’t feel good enough.

  • I’ve experienced big changes in my career and personal life, learning just how difficult and unpredictable change can be.

  • I’ve had moments of feeling lost, unsure of what’s next, yet these moments have built my resilience and shaped how I help others find their way.

  • I’m the middle child of three sisters.

When I am not serving clients, you’ll find me taking my dog on long walks or spending time with my loved ones. I also enjoy thrifting and checking out new coffee shops. I go to the beach whenever I can!
