i believe
Women are seeking personal growth and a deeper connection with themselves, their loved ones, & their faith.
We want to gain clarity and a sense of calm as we make sense of how our traumatic experiences affect us today.
As caregivers, we often feel unseen, unheard, unvalued, and misunderstood.
We’re longing for a space to slow down and truly feel noticed.
Frontline healthcare workers, first responders, and service members are constantly bearing witness to tragedy and hardship. As we remain professional and stay on task at work, we also absorb the emotional experiences and physical toll day in and day out.
We’re looking for a strong mental, physical, spiritual, and social foundation as we navigate life transitions, stress, and emotional overwhelm.
Our culture does not credit women the time and space to process the often emotionally and physically painful experiences of miscarriage, pregnancy, and childbirth.
The tremendous impact of taking care of a baby while recovering from the hormonal and physical deluge of pregnancy and childbirth can feel insurmountable.
Yes, you’re thrilled to have this precious baby, while juggling it all feels impossible.
It’s time to reclaim your story & your life!

What it’s like to work with shannon
No matter your story, it is possible to move from survival mode into a life that feels more hopeful, grounded & intentional.
You can expect a space entirely centered on YOU (when does a woman get that??). A place to slow down, to be truly listened to, thoughtfully understood, and supported without judgement. Through meaningful collaboration, we’ll work together to identify what you need and how therapy can best support your goals. I believe therapy is a skillful combination of laughter and hard work. It’s a place we can talk about the difficult things, take off your mask, challenge destructive patterns, and celebrate your wins. I’m here for all of it-the heavy, the humor, and the healing. This is your time to settle, be seen, and feel heard in a way that promotes growth and restoration. My work is shaped by a genuine sense of calling-the belief that all women I serve are meant to be cared for with purpose, presence, and full-hearted attention.
My lived experience, coupled with personal growth and professional training make me uniquely effective.
I have worked with military families as they transition into the joys and challenges of parenthood.
I have attended labor and deliveries with women who give birth to live babies and stillborns.
I have worked with new moms who struggle with the emotional highs and lows of parenting, nursing, and defining their new role as a mom.
I have worked with students in the school setting as they navigate the stress of school, difficult peers, anxiety, depression, ADHD, etc.
I was raised by a career Marine, and am well-versed in military culture.
I have overcome the pain of betrayal, loss of close family members, miscarriage, and infertility.
When I am not serving clients, you’ll find me on my farm with my horses, pigs, cows, chickens, and a barn cat. I have two amazing children, one of whom I homeschool.
